My mother has always gifted me journals. My first one was full of hardly complete sentences and barley readable words. Now I have boxes of them. I have enjoyed writing mostly for myself, but now my passion for writing has evolved into the possibility of a career someday. Even though it is not the most profitable form of writing, one of my favorite ways to vent is through poetry. Currently, I have a blog called “Overcoming my Quarter-Life Crisis” that encompasses short blurbs of the humor and frustrations of being a young adult. I also have published content to an app for one of my favorite artists’ and museums, the Dali Museum. In the mean time, I am trying to stay actively writing and aspire to finish the fiction novel I am working on, in hopes to become a published author.
